At GOZEN HOST, your security matters. While we already protect your account with features like Login PIN verification, enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a powerful layer of protection against unauthorized access — especially in today’s AI-powered scam landscape.
¶ 🛡️ What is Two-Factor Authentication?
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) combines something you know (your password) with something you have (typically your mobile device). Even if someone steals your password, they can’t access your account without the second factor.
¶ 📲 How to Enable 2FA in the GOZEN HOST Client Area
Follow these simple steps to secure your account with 2FA:

Log in to your GOZEN HOST Client Area

Click your Name (top right) and select Security Settings from the dropdown.

Under Two-Factor Authentication, click Click here to Enable.

A brief overview will be shown. Click Get Started.

Open your mobile device and use an authenticator app such as:
- Duo
- Google Authenticator
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Scan the QR code displayed on the screen with your app.

The app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter it into the field on the page.

Click Verify Code to complete the setup.
✅ That’s it! 2FA is now enabled on your account.
¶ 🧠 Important Tips
- Save the backup code provided during setup in a safe place. This allows you to regain access if your device is lost.
- The Login PIN mechanism will still be used occasionally for added protection, especially when logging in from a new device or IP.
- If you ever need to disable 2FA, return to the same Security Settings section.
