What is Scheduled Maintenance?¶
Scheduled maintenance is planned work that may temporarily affect service availability. This includes:
- Security Updates β Patching vulnerabilities
- Performance Upgrades β Hardware and software improvements
- System Updates β Operating system and application updates
- Infrastructure Changes β Network and datacenter operations
How We Announce Maintenance¶
On the Status Page¶
Upcoming maintenance appears in a dedicated "Upcoming Maintenance" section showing:
- Maintenance title and description
- Start and end times (in your local timezone)
- Affected services
- Countdown timer
Via Email¶
If you're subscribed to alerts, you'll receive an email before maintenance begins.

Maintenance Indicators¶
Before Maintenance¶
Services scheduled for maintenance display a "Maintenance Soon" badge when the window is within 24 hours.
During Maintenance¶
- The status page shows a blue "Under Maintenance" banner
- Affected services show a wrench icon
- Uptime bars show blue segments for maintenance periods
After Maintenance¶
- Status returns to "All Systems Operational"
- A maintenance completion update may be posted
- Subscribers receive a resolution email

Emergency Maintenance¶

Sometimes we need to perform urgent maintenance without advance notice. This happens when:

We'll communicate emergency maintenance as quickly as possible via the status page and email alerts.
