Introduction to the Status Page¶
Learn how to use the GoZen Host Status Page to monitor our infrastructure and stay informed about service health.
What is the Status Page?¶
The GoZen Host Status Page provides real-time visibility into the health and performance of all our services. It shows:
- Current Status of all monitored services
- 90-Day Uptime History for each service
- Response Time Metrics including average and P95 latency
- Active Incidents and their resolution progress
- Scheduled Maintenance windows
Understanding the Dashboard¶
Overall System Status¶
At the top of the page, you'll see the overall system health:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| All Systems Operational | Everything is running normally |
| Degraded Performance | Some services are slower than usual |
| Service Disruption | One or more services are experiencing issues |
| Under Maintenance | Scheduled maintenance is in progress |
Service Groups¶
Services are organized into logical groups:
- Web Hosting – Shared hosting, cPanel, websites
- Email Services – SMTP, IMAP, webmail
- DNS – Domain name resolution servers
- VPS Infrastructure – Virtual private servers
- Control Panels – cPanel, WHM, Enhance Portal
Click on any group to expand and see individual service details.
Key Features¶
Real-Time Updates¶
The status page automatically refreshes every 60 seconds. You'll always see the latest information without needing to reload the page.
90-Day Uptime Bars¶
Each service displays a visual history of the last 90 days:

|---|---|
| Green | Fully operational |
| Amber | Degraded performance |
| Red | Service outage |
| Blue | Scheduled maintenance |
| Gray | No data available |
Pro Tip
Hover over any bar to see the exact date and uptime percentage for that day.
Response Time Sparkline¶
The small chart next to the uptime percentage shows the response time trend:
- Downward slope = Response times improving (getting faster)
- Upward slope = Response times increasing (getting slower)
- Flat line = Stable performance
Expanded Metrics¶
Click on any service to reveal detailed metrics:
- Current Response Time – Latest ping in milliseconds
- Average Response (24h) – Daily average response time
- P95 Latency – 95th percentile response time (worst 5% excluded)
- Uptime (24h) – Last 24 hours uptime percentage
- Uptime (30d) – Last 30 days uptime percentage
When to Check the Status Page¶
Check the status page when:
- Your website or email isn't working as expected
- You're experiencing slow performance
- You want to verify if an issue is on our end
- You need to plan around scheduled maintenance
