¶ Setting Up Email Accounts in cPanel
Creating personalized email addresses like you@yourdomain.com is one of the key benefits of hosting with GOZEN HOST. Whether you want to set up a professional email for work or manage team addresses, this guide shows you how to do it easily through cPanel—no technical skills required.
✅ Note: If your domain is using GOZEN HOST's nameservers, we’ve already taken care of advanced settings like DNS, MX, SPF, and DKIM. All you need to do is create the account and you're ready to send and receive email!
¶ 📩 Step 1: Log in to Your cPanel
¶ Option 1: From Your Client Area (Recommended)
- Log in to the GOZEN HOST Client Area.
- Go to Services > My Services and click on your hosting plan.
- Click "Login to cPanel" — no password needed!
💡 You can also create email accounts and access Webmail directly from your Client Area under the Email Management section—everything is fully integrated!
¶ Option 2: Directly via URL
- Visit:
https://yourdomain.com/cpanel - Enter your cPanel username and password (found in your welcome email)
- Visit your cPanel login URL. Usually:
https://yourdomain.com/cpanel - Enter your cPanel username and password (you’ll find these in your welcome email from GOZEN HOST).
¶ ✉️ Step 2: Create a New Email Account
- In the cPanel dashboard, scroll to the Email section.
- Click Email Accounts.
- Click the Create button.
- Fill in the required details:
- Username: (e.g.,
info,sales, oryourname) - Domain: If you have more than one domain, choose the right one.
- Password: Choose a strong password or click "Generate".
- Storage Space: You can set a custom quota or leave it at the default.

- Click Create at the bottom.
You’ll see your new email address listed under Email Accounts.
¶ 📨 Step 3: Access Your Email
You can now check your email in two easy ways:
¶ Option 1: Use Webmail (No setup required)
- Visit
https://yourdomain.com/webmail - Log in with your full email address and the password you just created.
- Choose a webmail app (we recommend Roundcube for its clean interface).
¶ Option 2: Use an Email App (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mobile, etc.)
You’ll need the following settings:
- Incoming Server (IMAP):
mail.yourdomain.com- Port: 993 (SSL)
- Outgoing Server (SMTP):
mail.yourdomain.com- Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
- Username: Full email address
- Password: The one you created in cPanel

¶ 🔒 Security Tip
Your domain’s email authentication settings (SPF, DKIM, MX) are already set up if you use GOZEN HOST’s DNS servers. This helps your emails land in the inbox instead of the spam folder.
¶ 🛠 Need to Change or Delete an Account?
- Go back to Email Accounts in cPanel.
- Click Manage next to the address you want to edit.
- From there, you can change the password, adjust storage, or delete the account.
