Navigating the GoZen Client Area
Find your services, server IPs, invoices, and support tickets in the GoZen Host client area.
The GoZen Host client area at cp.gozenhost.com is where you manage everything that isn’t inside cPanel or your VPS. Billing, support tickets, server credentials, domain registrations, and plan upgrades all live here.
Logging In
Go to cp.gozenhost.com and log in with the email and password you used at signup. If you’ve enabled two-factor authentication, you’ll need your authenticator app code.
If you forgot your password, click Login → Forgot Password and follow the reset email.
The Dashboard
After login, you’ll see the main dashboard with four quick-action buttons:
- Buy a Domain - search and register a new domain
- Order Hosting - browse hosting plans
- Make Payment - pay open invoices
- Get Support - open a support ticket
The top navigation bar gives you access to everything else:
| Menu Item | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Store | Browse all hosting plans, domains, and add-ons |
| Announcements | Maintenance notices, new features, and updates |
| Knowledgebase | Self-service help articles (you’re reading one now) |
| Network Status | Current server and network status, scheduled maintenance |
| Affiliates | Your referral dashboard and commission tracking |
| Contact Us | Open a new support ticket |
| Account | Your profile, security settings, and email preferences |
Finding Your Server Details
This is what most people are looking for.
- Click Services → My Services (or go to Store → My Services)
- Click on your active hosting plan
- You’ll see a panel with:
- Server IP address - the IP your domain should point to
- Username - your cPanel or server login
- Password - click the eye icon to reveal, or copy it
- Nameservers - which nameservers to set at your domain registrar
- Server hostname - useful for SSH connections
For VPS and dedicated plans, you’ll also see:
- Root password (or the password you set on first deploy)
- Operating system installed
- Server location (datacenter)
Managing Your Services
From the service details page, you can:
- Login to cPanel - one-click login without needing your cPanel password
- Change Password - reset your cPanel or server password
- Upgrade/Downgrade - switch plans (prorated billing)
- Request Cancellation - cancel the service at end of billing period
Invoices and Billing
Go to Billing → My Invoices to see all invoices.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | Payment received, nothing to do |
| Unpaid | Due soon or overdue - click to pay |
| Cancelled | Invoice was cancelled |
| Refunded | Payment was returned |
To add or update payment methods, go to Billing → Payment Methods.
For a full breakdown of billing cycles, auto-renewal, and refunds, see How Billing Works.
Support Tickets
Go to Support → Tickets to see all your open and closed tickets.
To open a new ticket:
- Click Support → Open Ticket
- Choose a department (Technical Support, Billing, or Sales)
- Fill in the subject and description
- Attach any relevant screenshots or logs
- Click Submit
For tips on writing effective tickets that get fast responses, see How to Get Support.
Account Security
Go to Account (top right) → Security Settings to:
- Change your password - update your client area login password
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication - adds TOTP-based 2FA to your account
- View login history - see recent login attempts and IP addresses
Enable 2FA now. Your client area controls your servers, domains, and billing. If someone gets your password, they own everything. See Enabling Two-Factor Authentication for the full setup.
Domain Management
Go to Domains → My Domains to see all domains registered through GoZen Host.
From here you can:
- Manage DNS - edit DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT)
- Manage nameservers - point to GoZen or external nameservers
- Toggle WHOIS privacy - hide your personal info from public lookups
- Enable/disable registrar lock - prevent unauthorized transfers
- Set auto-renewal - avoid accidental expiry
For domains registered elsewhere, you manage DNS at that registrar, not here. But you can transfer your domain to GoZen if you want everything in one place.
