The Enhance Control Panel makes it easy to create and manage professional email accounts tied to your domain. Whether you're setting up an inbox for your business, support team, or personal use, Enhance gives you full control with a clean interface and powerful features.
To create a new email account in Enhance:
info@yourdomain.com
Your email account is now active and ready to use.
You can check your email via webmail at: mail.yourdomain.com
(Make sure your domain has the correct DNS records for mail. See below.)
Just enter your full email address and password to log in.
To access your mailbox from desktop or mobile apps, use the following settings:
Incoming Mail (IMAP):
mail.yourdomain.com
993
SSL/TLS
Outgoing Mail (SMTP):
mail.yourdomain.com
465
SSL/TLS
Username: Your full email address
Password: Your email account password
Make sure to enable authentication for outgoing mail.
To ensure your email works correctly and avoids spam filters, set the following DNS records:
(our admins have already configured this, it's just here for reference)
MX Records: Point to mail.yourdomain.com
SPF Record: v=spf1 a mx -all
DKIM & DMARC:
Available via the Enhance panel or upon request from our support team.

Issue | Solution |

Can't receive emails | Check MX records, mailbox quota, or spam folder |
Can't send emails | Verify SMTP settings, check outgoing port, and ensure SPF record exists |
Webmail not loading | Clear browser cache or check domain propagation |
Password not accepted | Reset it via Enhance > Email > Manage |
