Registering a New Domain
Search, register, and configure a domain name through GoZen Host.
GoZen Host supports registration for over 500 TLDs - from .com and .net to country-specific extensions like .eu and .co.uk.
Searching for a Domain
- Log into the client area
- Go to Domains → Register a New Domain
- Type the domain name you want and click Search
The search results show availability and pricing for your chosen name across multiple extensions. GoZen Host also includes a ZenAI suggestion tool that offers alternative names if your first choice is taken.

Prices vary by TLD. Here are the popular ones:

Registering the Domain
- Select the domain and TLD you want
- Choose the registration period (1–10 years)
- Review the WHOIS privacy setting (enabled by default - leave it on)
- Click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout
- Complete payment
Configuring Nameservers
If you’re hosting with GoZen Host, your domain should point to our nameservers:
Traditional hosting (cPanel):
ns1.gozenhost.com
ns2.gozenhost.com
ns3.gozenhost.com
zen.gozenhost.com
Cloud hosting (Enhance control panel):
ns1.en.gozenhost.com
ns2.en.gozenhost.com
If you registered the domain through GoZen Host and have an active hosting plan, the nameservers are usually set automatically. If not:
- Go to Domains → My Domains
- Click Manage next to your domain
- Click Nameservers
- Select Use custom nameservers and enter the values above
- Save changes
Managing Domain Settings
From Domains → My Domains → Manage, you can:
- Enable/disable WHOIS privacy - keep your personal info hidden
- Enable registrar lock - prevents unauthorized transfers (enabled by default)
- Update contact information - change the registrant details
- Set up auto-renewal - avoid accidental expiry
Domain Renewal
Domains renew at the published renewal price. You’ll receive email reminders starting 60 days before expiry.
If a domain expires:
| Timeline | Status |
|---|---|
| Expiry date | Domain stops working |
| +1–30 days | Grace period - you can still renew at the normal price |
| +30–60 days | Redemption period - renewal costs significantly more |
| +60+ days | Domain is released and anyone can register it |
Set up auto-renewal to avoid this. Go to Domains → My Domains → toggle auto-renew.
